This large painting is part of a series inspired by a lovely couple who live on the seafront at Brighton, have been together for over 40 years and walk down to the sea hand in hand in their swim robes - her's is red. At home they have run a warm bath, ready for when they get back.
The title comes from a song my father used to sing to me. Still makes me smile to think of it and I still know all the words.
